Ulefone phones are sold in the United States mainly through amazon.com, alongside direct orders from the Ulefone official store and AliExpress. Buying from a US-based seller matters more than the price difference suggests: it determines who honours the warranty, whether the device carries FCC approval, and whether US consumer law gives you anyone to claim against.

FCC approval — what it is and why it matters

Any phone legally sold for use on US networks carries an FCC ID. It is printed in the device's regulatory information screen and searchable in the FCC's public database. A grey-import unit with no FCC ID is not certified for US operation.

The United States has no federal statutory warranty period equivalent to the EU's. Carrier compatibility is the real risk here, not price

Since the 3G shutdowns, a phone that is not VoLTE-certified on your carrier may not place calls at all, even with a working data connection.

2. Check the model's band list against the bands above, not against the marketing copy.
3. Confirm the unit is the international variant and carries FCC approval.
4. Find the returns window and the return address. A return address in China is a warranty you will not use.
